Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. For service or workshop contracts, the period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

• workshops and trainings with a fixed date;
• sealed hygiene items once unsealed;
• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
• digital content once download or access has begun, where you expressly consented and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal thereby lapses.

Workshop cancellations

Free rebooking is permitted up to 21 days before a session. Later cancellations are non-refundable but may qualify for a goodwill rebooking at our discretion. No-shows may be transferred to another participant with at least 24 hours' notice.
